Return Process

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic AVIREX tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your return and issued your credit.
